Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

A refund request is eligible if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• The license has been activated on no more than two devices.
• The request is made by the original purchaser using the purchase email address.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email support@eofsl.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your order number or purchase email. We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

3. Refund Process by Payment Method

• Credit / Debit Card (Stripe): Refunded to the original card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• PayPal: Refunded to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.
• SEPA Direct Debit: Refunded to the originating bank account within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
• Licenses activated on more than two devices (indicating significant use).
• Purchases made through third-party resellers or app marketplaces — refund policies of those platforms apply.

5. EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU. Upon exercising this right, the license is immediately revoked. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee above extends the same protection without requiring formal withdrawal procedures.

6. Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances (e.g. partial use under a Team license) we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or store credit in lieu of a full refund.
